Frank Fuchs is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who has over ten years of experience working in the fields of Law Enforcement and Immigration.  Frank has worked as a Sheriff’s Officer with the Province of Manitoba where he enforced legislation from IRPA to the Court Security Act to the Criminal Code of Canada.  Frank then chose to continue his education with the University of Liverpool before beginning to work for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.  Frank worked in both Winnipeg and Ottawa as part of Operation Syrian Refugees which helped to resettle more than 25,000 refugees in Canada.

Frank continued his work at IRCC conducting landing interviews with new permanent residents and assisting with criminal rehabilitation files as part of the local immigration unit and then going on to conduct interviews and test candidates for Canadian citizenship.  After his time in the Citizenship unit, Frank decided to make the leap from the civil service to private practice Immigration work and after a short term in Veterans Affairs Canada Arrow Immigration Services was born.

Since beginning Arrow, Frank has helped hundreds of clients successfully navigate the complex immigration system using his legislative expertise and unique knowledge from time spent working as an immigration program officer at IRCC.
